Chunk Numbering
The origin of Chunk World starts are coordinates 0,0. That is the center of the World Map. It being the center point, Chunk #0001 - Chunk #0004 is created around it. One of those four Chunks will contain coordinates 0,0 inside it.
From there the following Chunks are created by following clockwise circle and expanding outwards each loop.
This allows Chunk numbers to symbolize if it is far or close the the center of the world. For example, Chunk #9192 would be near the edge of the world whereas Chunk #0057 is near the center of the map.
