We have experience through PokeFind in making sure we are EULA compliant and had to go through that process with Mojang in the past.
We are taking every measure possible to follow the rules. Everything is custom built in-house including but not limited to our maps, structures, promotion pictures and videos avoiding using Minecraft’s textures / assets. We also acquired a commercial license for the texture pack we use in our promotions.
